Only if you've added interior cleaning. For exterior-only visits, as long as we can get to the property you can go about your day.
Do you clean the inside of windows too?+
Yes — interior cleaning is available as an add-on to any exterior visit, so you get a complete, top-to-bottom shine in one trip out.
What is the protective glass coating?+
After the glass is clean, we apply a clear hydrophobic coating that bonds to the surface. Water beads up and rolls off instead of drying into spots, and dust, pollen and road grime have a much harder time sticking.
How long does the coating last?+
Sun, rain and sprinklers wear it down over time, so it holds up best for about 3 months. That's why most customers have us back on a schedule to re-clean and reapply it.
How does pricing and quoting work?+
Every quote is custom, because no two properties are the same. We look at size, access, and condition, then give you one clear number up front — no flat-rate guesswork and no surprises on the invoice.
